Litigation
One of the CGE’s strategic objectives is to create an enabling environment for gender equality through submissions, recommendations, investigations, and litigation.
Through its submissions on proposed and existing legislation, own accord investigations and complaints, the CGE identifies systemic issues of gender equality which may require intervention of the Courts for relief and direction in so far as legislative reform.
