Mrs Lindiwe Ntuli-Tloubatla


Commissioner Ntuli-Tloubatla is a full time Commissioner at CGE and she sits in the Human Resources Committee. She is a graduate of the University of Limpopo, University of Pretoria, University of South Africa and Regenesys School of Public Management.

She has extensive knowledge and experience on gender transformation and women empowerment. In her past endeavours, Commissioner Ntuli-Tloubatla worked for the Department of Education as a Gender and Transformation Manager. She has worked for the Office of the Premier (OTP) in the Mpumalanga province as a Manager for Gender and Women Empowerment and later became the Strategic Planner for the OTP.

She has worked as a leader in the organised labour movement through SADTU, NEHAWU as well as COSATU and has developed a number of documents within the labour movement with special emphasis on Gender and Transformation.

She is the co- founder of the Mpumalanga Chapter of the Progressive Women’s Movement of South Africa and was part of the collective that saw the establishment of the South African Women’s Movement of South Africa, Mpumalanga Chapter. She is a board member of the Dignity Foundation, a foundation that deals with Gender Based Violence and Sex Work. She is a co- founder and Chairperson of Mercy Re-Wrote Our Lives Cancer Foundation. She is in addition a performing poet and a published author; having written books that focus on gender, cancer management and transformation.
